• Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

• Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos for assistance.
  
• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below.

• Returns: Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing or quality defects. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/videos.
  
• Exchanges: Size exchanges are available for eligible garments within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  
• Non-Eligible Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

1. Change of mind
2. Incorrect size or product selected by the customer
3. Used, washed, damaged, or altered items
4. Products without original tags or packaging
   

• Refunds: Approved refunds for verified quality issues will be processed to the original payment method.

• Shipping Charges: For approved quality-related returns, return shipping will be covered by Babyosaur. Shipping charges may apply for size exchanges.
